What is the return policy?
Bangles, Bracelets and Anklets are returnable. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept return of earrings or necklace sets, unless there is a manufacturing defect. All products are thoroughly checked before being sent out and any damage caused by shipping services will need to be brought up with the relevant courier service.
How do I make a return?
Please contact customer services via the contact us section within 14 days of receipt of products. We shall then arrange for a courier service to pick up the package from you and send you the relevant labels and via email to attach to the parcel. Please note that in order for your refund to be accepted items must be sent back in original packaging, without damage and missing parts.
